Thank you for choosing Acacia Creative. These Terms and Conditions define the guidelines and expectations for our branding and design services. By working with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

All payments must be made via cash, online bank transfer, or through an approved payment plan. We require an upfront deposit before commencing any project. If a payment is not made within two weeks of the due date, a late payment fee will apply. The remaining balance is due according to the agreed payment schedule, and services may be paused or terminated for non-payment.
The project scope is established through detailed discussions and our unique branding process. A clear scope will be agreed upon before commencing the project. Any changes to the original scope may incur additional fees, especially if they require significant revisions or new deliverables.
We provide up to two free design revisions as part of our service. Any additional changes after these two revisions may incur an extra charge, though we are flexible in determining the scope of changes. Small adjustments may not always result in additional fees, while larger, more complex changes will be charged accordingly.
For branding projects, clients will receive ownership of all digital assets, including design files and project deliverables. However, Acacia Creative reserves the right to showcase the work on our website and social media channels, and we retain the right to label the designs as our work.
For smaller design projects, clients will receive the final design (in either print or digital form), but the raw design files remain the property of Acacia Creative unless specifically purchased.
For projects requiring confidentiality, we provide Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to protect both our clients’ and our own intellectual property.
